Cash back incentive scheme for Punch licensees
Punch Taverns pubs have been given the chance to earn cash back from the company if they exceed sales targets during the winter.
The pubco giant has launched a Winter Incentive Scheme which means licensees can earn up to £100 for every barrel they sell over a 12-week target, which is based on previous performances.
Operations director Kevin Georgel said: "Trading remains challenging in the on-trade and we recognise that it is an extremely difficult time for many of our partners.
"However, some are bucking this trend, and we want to recognise and reward that as well as incentivise others to utilise the support available to them to drive their businesses."
Licensees can monitor their performance against their target on the section f the Punch Taverns website dedicated to licensees 'Your Place'.
Punch has also announced a range of tools to help grow sales, including a 'driving sales' section on the website.
