Fuller's, the London brewer and pub operator, is conducting a tail-trimming exercise of its pub estate, selling six properties from its tenanted division.
The company has asked AG&G to find buyers for the pubs, which are located in London and the South East, and priced between £450,000 and £625,000.
Simon Emeny, managing director of Fuller's pubs arm, told M&C Report: "We don't sell pubs very often but we do review the estate regularly, and taking a 10-year view, these are pubs that are unlikely to be part of the Fuller's estate in the long term."
Four of the freehold pubs became part of Fuller's through its purchase of George Gale, the Hampshire regional brewer and pub operator.
The six properties are:
• The Fisherman's Arms, Croydon, Surrey, with an asking price of £495,000
• The Fur & Feathers, Basingstoke, Hampshire, with an asking price of £495,000
• The Seven Stars, West London, which has an asking price of £625,000
• The Unicorn, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, with an asking price of £450,000
• The White Horse, Bersted, West Sussex, with an asking price of £450,000
• The Woodcock, Hindhead, Surrey, with an asking price of £525,000
All the properties are available with vacant possession.
