Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. More details at: www.fosters.co.uk/pool​

1. Only open to UK FOSTER'S stockists who are on-trade customers aged over 18. Proof of prior purchases may be required.

2. E-mail your answer to the question to pooldrive@fosters.co.uk​ along with the name and address of your outlet. Also tell us why pool is so important for your outlet attaching any photographs of your outlet. Limited to one entry per outlet. Outlet must have existing standard sized pool table. Standard network rates apply.

3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.

4 Promotion closes 5pm on Friday 26th March 2010.

5. All valid correct answers will be considered. Outlets will then be judged on the basis of how much FOSTER'S is sold, how much you demonstrate that pool is important to your outlet and whether we feel that you are deserving of supporting pool in your outlet. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. There are 100 prizes. Promoter will provide each winning outlet with 1 x branded cue holder, 2 x pint glass holders, 1 x score/notice board, 1 x pool clock, 1 x pool ball set, 1 x PVC pool banner, 1 x pool lights re-fit, 1x pool table rebaise, 5 x tournament poster, 50 x tournament tent cards, 1 x box of 48 Foster's pint glasses and 1 x pack of 125 drip mats. Excludes pool table.

7 As part of the prize Promoter will install the pool lights excluding electrical work. To do so there must be an electric point for the lights close to where the lights will be installed. If there isn't, Promoter will be unable to fit the lights and the outlet will forfeit the prize. (If the licensee fits a point in the correct place, Promoter is happy to fit the lights.)

8. As part of the prize Promoter will fit either a Nylon FOSTER'S branded baise or a Wool FOSTER'S branded baise depending on the wishes of the outlet.

9. Baise and pool light fitting will take place in the 1 May 2010 - 31 July 2010 period at date to be agreed with winners. We are unable to do installations after this point and the prize will be forfeited in the event that fitting cannot take place during the allotted period.

10. Licensees agree to obtain permission from the owner/Pub Company in the event that they do not own the pub to enter the promotion and to arrange for prize installation should they win.

11. Licensees agree to obtain permission from the pool table operator if they do not own their table in order for the table to re-baised.

12. Once installed, the equipment will become property of the outlet. Promoter will not be liable for the repair or replacement of any equipment.

13. Licensees will be required to sign and return a copy of these Terms and Conditions on winning the prize.

14. Winners will be selected by Friday 16th April 2010. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days. (In case of invalid e-mail addresses, Promoter is not liable for being unable to notify the winner within this period.) For list of winners' please email pooldrive@fosters.co.uk​.

15 There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable.

16 The winner will be required to participate in all required publicity, including any presentation ceremony.

17. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
