Tradeteam nets five-year M&B deal
Drinks logistics firm Tradeteam has signed a five-year extension to its deal with pub group Mitchells & Butlers (M&B).
The new deal will also see Tradeteam deliver snacks as well as drinks across the 2,000-strong M&B estate.
"In the last 18-months we have made significant investments in people and systems to ensure that we continue to add value to Mitchells & Butlers' operations," said Tradeteam managing director Gavin Murdoch.
"We have jointly initiated a supply chain development programme and this contract extension will allow both parties to fully realise the expected benefits."
Susan Martindale, purchasing director for M&B, added: "Tradeteam's approach to operational and process innovation, together with their excellent service record, makes them our preferred logistics partner in this sector."
