'3D Premier League broadcasts to hit pubs after Sky buys 15,000 3DTVs'

3DTV could be coming to a pub near you, after Sky purchased 15,000 3DTV sets from LG, to show weekly Premier League matches in pubs across the UK. Sky has already run trials of its new 3D service across the country in January, screening the Arsenal vs Manchester United match in nine selected pubs - Metro ​

SNP plans for a crackdown on cheap drink could lead to more alcohol being consumed in Scotland, and may even break existing laws banning irresponsible promotions, legal experts will warn today. More than 70% of motorists would support a lowering of the legal drink-drive limit, according to a survey. And 92% would like to see a new anti drug-drive law introduced, the poll by road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found. As many as 71% of the 800 drivers polled agreed the current drink-drive limit of 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood should be cut - Press Association ​
