Red Bull X Fighters Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all residents of Great Britain who are aged 18 or over and who are licensees or managers of an on-trade outlet in Great Britain, provided that this promotion shall not be open to any employees of the Promoter, their families or to anyone who is otherwise professionally involved with this promotion.

2. To enter the competition, you may enter via one of two methods.

(a) Online via thepublican.com/xfighters. To enter, you must answer the following question and complete/submit the online entry form: Q. Which X-Fighters rider back-flipped a raised Tower Bridge in London last year?

(b) Game card entry inserted into The Publican issue date 12th July 2010. If you match two images of Battersea Power Station behind the peel & reveal windows on the game card, you should text RBXF and your unique code number printed on your game card, together with your name, pub/bar name and post code to text number: 81025. This text message should be formatted as follows: RBXF (space) unique game card code number (space) your name (space) pub/bar name (space) post code. Text entries will be charged at one standard network rate.

c) Entries received after midnight on 2 August will still be charged at a standard network rate text but will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

3. Entries with the correct answer to the online game or winning game cards will be entered into a prize draw and drawn randomly by the promoter to win the following prizes:

• 2 x Winners will each receive a pair of VIP hospitality tickets to see Red Bull X-Fighters in London on Saturday 14th August 2010 including travel and overnight accommodation.
• 4 x Runners up will each receive a pair of grandstand tickets to see Red Bull X-Fighters in London on Saturday 14th August 2010.
• 20 x Further entries will each receive Red Bull X-Fighters Caps and T-Shirts.

Entries should be received before the closing date (set out in 4. below).

4. The promotion will open at noon on the 10th July 2010 and close at midnight on the 2nd August 2010. Incomplete entries or entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. One entry per outlet is permitted.

5. The winners will be notified by telephone or email by 6th August 2010. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after making reasonable attempts to do so, that winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.

6. The winners may be required to take part in publicity, including but not limited to, photographs to be published in The Publican.

7. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete or non-compliant entries in any way.

8. The details of the winners and runners up shall be available by sending a stamped address envelope to, The Publican, UBM Connect, Ludgate House, 245 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 9UY after the 10th August 2010. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.

11. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.

12. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

13. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
