Britvic MA 200 terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. The first 50 entrants will receive the latest POS material to support Britvic Mixed Drinks

2. POS Material includes: 1pack x drip mats, 2x strut cards, 2x A2 posters, 10x menus, 2x serve guides and 4x optic clips

3. To enter, email jvajvguoevgivp@choyvpnfvgl.pb.hx​ by Friday 13th August along with name, company, job title and contact details including post code and contact number.

4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted

5. Promotion limited to one entry per person

6. The winners will be notified by the 20th August

7. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control

8. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

9. The promoter will not share your details with other organisations but would like to contact you with other brand information on our products, including promotions, offers and so on

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
