Luminar Leisure has put a package of four nightclubs on the market with a combined £4m price tag.

Luminar Leisure has put a package of four nightclubs — in Birmingham, Kingston Upon Thames, Bolton and Romford — on the market with a £4m price tag.

The embattled club owner, which recently revealed a 20.2% drop in like-for-like sales for the first half of 2010, has appointed Gerald Eve to market the clubs after the agent successfully sold three clubs in York, Harlow and Shrewsbury in August and September for an undisclosed sum.

The four clubs for sale this time are:

• Oceana in Birmingham — leasehold expiring in 2059 for £1m

• Ikon and Jaxx in Bolton — freehold for £1.5m

• Hippodrome in Kingston upon Thames — leasehold expiring in 2030 for £1.5m

• One Three One in Romford — leasehold available at nil premium

"They are available individually, or as a package with a combined guide price of £4m," said Chris Ford, leisure partner at Gerald Eve.

"They will be sold as transfers of going concerns."
