Drake & Morgan launches fourth site
Drake & Morgan, the privately-owned bar group, has opened its fourth site — the Folly in the City of London's Gracechurch Street.
It is the operator's largest site so far, at 13,200sq ft, and boasts 500 covers, a large bar, kitchen, deli and flower shop, as well as a private dining room and a snug library on the ground floor. The subterranean level sees a bar alongside another private dining room, an evolving pop-up shop and private vaults. An eight-metre tree trunk joins the basement bar to the ground floor.
Jillian MacLean, managing director, said: "Having visited the East and West coasts of America for inspiration we aim to provide the City with an independent bar and pleasantly surprising additions for customers."
