AB InBev UK is recalling a number of 300ml bottles of Budweiser after some were found to contain glass fragments.

The global brewer is recalling all potentially affected bottles.

It has warned consumers to check the label on 15-packs of Budweiser beer. If the product has a 'born on' date of 14 September 2010 and a production site reference of 107A or 107B on the bottle or 107 on the pack, it is affected by the recall.

InBev has requested all packs that fall into the stated category be returned to the store it was bought from for a replacement or full refund.

The recall only applies to bottles with the stated production details and no other Budweiser products are known to be affected.
