Lincs pub sets up a Santa's Grotto
A Lincolnshire pub is offering kids the chance to meet Santa whilst parents relax with a drink.
Batemans pub the Bricklayers Arms in Boston has set up a Santa's Grotto, and for £4 children will be treated to a "slap-up meal" too.
The kids menu includes sausages and chips or fish-fingers and chips. Those too excited to eat can visit Santa for £2.
Licensee Catrina Smith said: "We have children of our own and know how they love to visit Santa's Grotto. We have the room here at the pub and felt it would be a great idea, especially as there are not many other Christmas Grotto's in the area."
Batemans marketing director Jaclyn Bateman said: "The Bricklayers Arms is a favourite with families in the summer with its wonderful garden and floral displays, and this should ensure it remains a family favourite in the winter too."
