Enterprise and Admiral to auction off pubs
Enterprise Inns and Admiral Taverns will be auctioning 27 of their pubs in Wales, the Morning Advertiser has learnt.
Out of a total 30 freehold pubs being auctioned, 11 are from Enterprise, 16 are from Admiral Taverns and three are reposessions. Their guide prices range from £65,000 to £280,000.
Enterprise's the Fox & Hounds in Pontyclun, Rhondda has a guide price of £195,000, and Admiral Taverns' Tair Bull Inn in Brecon, Powys, also has guide price of £195,000.
It is believed that the majority of the pubs are closed.
The auction, held by Sidney Phillips, will be on 2 March at 2.30pm at The Lodge, Celtic Manor Resort, Coldra Woods, Newport.
