Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands (BBFB) is offering licensees free personalised menus and has a new range of low calorie drinks.

Licensees can create 20 4-page menus, worth £68.58, using BBFB's Create A Menu facility on Pourfection.com

Create A Menu helps licensees create drinks menus, offering pre-printed menus, an online creation function and a bespoke design facility.

BBFB also has a new range of Skinny Serves - low calorie, sprit-based cocktails - to get customers back into pubs and drive spirit sales.

Head of product training and mixology Alex Turner said: "The range features 'skinny' versions of popular cocktails such the Skinny Mojito made with Bacardi Superior rum, alongside more original serves like the Gentleman's Measure using Jack Daniels, ginger ale and Earl Grey tea.

"They are a great way of attracting consumers back into outlets following the excesses of the Christmas period. We're also keen for bartenders to share their own Skinny Serves and this can be done via our competition page in return for prizes."
