Ex-Hall & Woodhouse man starts food consultancy
The former head of food at Hall & Woodhouse has launched a specialist food consultancy.
Alec Howard, who worked for the company for five years, has set up Planet Food.
His work at Hall & Woodhouse included the development of the company's new urban dining concept H & W. The first site opened last year.
He is being retained by Hall & Woodhouse to continue to work with the company's food team. Planet Food aims to help companies increase their food sales and profit through market insight, food development and kitchen operations.
