Senior figures from across the tenanted pub sector have been confirmed as speakers for this year's Tenanted Pub Company Summit, a must-attend event at London's Sheraton Park Lane on 28 June.

The event, run in association with the Publican's Morning Advertiser and M&C Report, will see Peter Hansen, founder of Sapient Corporate Finance, give an overview of the trends in the tenanted and leased pub market.

Rachel Perryman, account director at CGA Strategy, reports on the findings of this year's benchmarking survey of tenants and lessees. Neil Robertson, chief executive of the BII, will discuss the progress made through the Pubs Independent Rent Review Scheme (PIRRS) and the new codes of practice.

Three figures from national tenanted pubcos will speak: Andy Slee of Punch Taverns will present the thinking behind the Punch Buying Club; Chris Moore of Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company will discuss how the company is helping tenants diversify with its Bar Boosters scheme; and Admiral Taverns chairman Jonathan Paveley will explain the company's strategy as the operator of just under 2,000 pubs.

Anthony Wallis and Peter Wells, of Charles Wells Pub Company, will talk about what makes their's an award-winning business, while Matt Kearsey, who heads Hall & Woodhouse's tenanted division, explains how the company is ensuring a sustainable future for tenants.

An operator's view will be provided by Steve Haslam of TLC Inns, which has three Enterprise Inns sites. He'll set out his vision of what an incentivising lease looks like for a multiple operator.

Peter Thomas, who formerly ran Mitchells & Butlers franchise division, and Francis Patton, formerly director of customer services at Punch Taverns, examine the future for business development manager training.

The line-up includes many other speakers and a discussion panel.
