Pub catering butchery Bluefields launches

Independent catering butchery Bluefields Group has launched into foodservice.

Bluefields has also invested in Ben Burgers and will now supply them to the foodservice along with Kentish Gold Sausages, Joe Smokes American Style Ribs and Bluefields Meat. The group also offers butchery services.

"Access to the corporate infrastructure, business expertise, buying power and financial resources within the group will provide Ben Burgers with a robust spring board to drive increased market penetration," said Bluefields chief executive Gary Haycock-West.

"We are already engaged in negotiating a number of significant and groundbreaking contracts for Ben Burgers — a company with award winning products that are recognised by renowned chef, Marco Pierre White, as leaders in their field. We anticipate dynamic growth over the coming 12 months."
