Enterprise Inns is selling the freehold of a renowned food-led London pub.

The Seven Stars in Holborn has repeatedly been named Pub of the Year by Time Out and london's best Dining Pub by the Good Pub Guide since the current tenant took over in 2001.

Jenny Silver, known as Roxy Beaujolais, has run the pub since 2001 and is known for her expert cookery skills. She has the lease until September next year.

"She is a colourful media personality and cookery expert who has made the pub into a destination venue in the years that she has been there," said AG&G's David Gooderham. "With operators in the central London pub market continuing to report year-on-year trade improvement, this is a great opportunity for an investor to land a classic property. We are expecting some interesting offers."

The tenant has full responsibility for repairs and insurance and the passing rent is £52,500 per year.
