Fuller's has launched a new graduate programme to equip young people with the skills to become managers in the future.

Fuller's, the London brewer and pub operator, has launched a new graduate programme to equip young people with the skills to become managers in the future.

The Fuller's Hospitality Graduate Programme will train and develop graduates, focusing on Fuller's four pillars: outstanding cask-conditioned ales, delicious fresh food, great wines and engaging service.

The first round of graduates will begin their training in October, and it will be "tailor-made to each candidate's ability and aspirations".

Jonathon Swaine, operations director at Fuller's, said: "There is huge competition to recruit great graduates in the hospitality sector and only by offering a first-class training programme can you compete.

"Many people think working in hospitality is easy, but you need to be creative, passionate, intelligent and bold, and have a good grasp of business to excel in this field. That's exactly what we're looking for."
