Hoste Arms launches cook book
The Hoste Arms in Norfolk has brought out a cook book in memory of late owner Paul Whittome a year after his death.
The recipes are for the dishes served in the Burnham Market pub that have been adapted so they can be easily made at home.
Proceeds from sales will go to the Paul Whittome Memorial Fund, which has also just launched and will help people in need. Doctor Sarah Gorrod from the Burnham Market Surgery who cared for Whittome during his illness will decide how the money will be spent within the community.
At the book's launch Whittome's wife and Hoste Arms chair Jeanne unveiled and dedicated a plaque to him with a reference to his love of Elvis Presley.
The book costs £12.50.
