Inventive Leisure’s bar restaurant chain Revolution has appointed a new head of food development to help move the company forward with Food Revolution.

Nathan McManus has 11 years’ experience as a development chef in hotel catering and fine dining. He will be responsible for developing new dishes and expanding the offer at the 66 Revolution sites.

The aim is to increase food sales by 25% in six months. He will also lead a national staff training programme to ensure skills are standardised across the brand.

Ioan Eyton-Jones, food operations manager for Revolution, said: “We’re really excited about Nathan’s appointment as we look to transform our dining offering nationwide.

"The skill, experience and flair for food innovation that he brings to the role will be vital in helping us realise our ambitions for the Food Revolution brand.”
