• The Bricklayers Arms in Grays, Essex, saved 33% on its electricity bill.

• The Beach Tavern in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, was offered potential savings of 18% on electricity and 24% on gas.

• The Crown Inn, in Dial Post, West Sussex, found quotes that equated to 47% savings.

• The Swan in Whitacre Heath, Birmingham, found that, by changing supplier it could potentially save £3,500 a year on its electricity bill and £700 on gas in the first year alone.
