Licensees can apply for trade day tickets for the Great British Beer Festival from this week.

The event is to run at London’s Olympia between August 7 to 11, with the trade day running on Tuesday, 7 August.

More than 800 real ales, ciders, perries and foreign beers from around the world will be at this this year’s event, which has moved to Olympia from its former home at Earl’s Court.

Due to the limited size of the venue, all pubs are entitled to up to two trade session tickets for the Festival this year.

All breweries can order up to 10, but for more tickets, breweries will need to email CAMRA with their request and will be informed if their application has been successful at a later date. This same policy applies to all other parties affiliated to the beer and pub industry, who can order up to five trade session tickets.

Tickets for the event are now available and can be pre-ordered for a discounted price from the GBBF website at www.gbbf.org.uk/tickets .
