The owners of two award-winning Bath gastropubs have taken on a third in the area.

Joe Cussens and Justin Sleath, who run the Marlborough Tavern and the Chequers, have bought the Hare and Hounds on Lansdown.

It reopened this week after a three-month refurbishment, which included a new roof being added and other major works.

The menu at the new pub, created by head chef Daniel Moon, is similar to those at the other two pubs.
