EBLEX trade marketing has launched social media schemes to enable members and stakeholders to interact directly.

Twitter and Facebook profiles are now available to help interested parties keep up-to-date with the latest news, events and information. It will also be used to promote the latest resources including recipe books, industry guides and information about the Quality Standard Mark Scheme for beef and lamb and the availability of promotional material for members. Recipe ideas and cooking tips will also be featured.

PR and digital executive for EBLEX, Sally Crowther, said: “It is very important that we are able to engage with industry and social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter which offer an ideal forum for us to do so.

“The EBLEX Trade website is packed full of news, information, tools and resources for industry to use, but Facebook and Twitter are more interactive, allowing us to open conversations with our followers as well as highlighting new initiatives and forthcoming events.”
