Luminar lifts its drinks offer with low calorie cocktails
The skinny cocktails come in at less than 220 calories each and include Orange Blossom (Cointreau, elderflower cordial, lemon juice & soda), Slim Wings (Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum, Raspberry Sour, apple juice & sugar free Red Bull) and Raspberry Collins (Gordon’s gin, Chambord, lemon juice, agave syrup & soda).
They will be sold for £5.95 per cocktail or £12.95 for a pitcher.
“The trend for skinny drinks is growing in the late night sector, with customers now opting for diet and sugar free options of popular drinks,” said Nicola Rae, senior commercial buying manager at Luminar.
“Adding a range of skinny cocktails to our existing offering is a natural choice. They offer customers a healthier alternative to our traditional range without sacrificing any of the taste.”
The cocktails will be rolled out across Luminar’s 56 venues from this month as part of its newly revamped cocktail offer called, “Treat Yourself.”
The new menus contain more drinks with botanical and floral flavours and gin-based cocktails as well as traditional favourites such as Mojitos and Pink Ladies and the new skinny cocktails.
