BII annual lunch guests to get iPads
Those attending the event will be able to access a welcome from new BII chief Tim Hulme, event schedule, table plans, guest lists, menu, profiles of the finalists for both the BII Licensee of the Year and the Jeremy Allen awards, sponsor messages and other key information.
The iPads will also allow guests to network as users so they can message one another, arrange to meet or swap contact details. Guests will also be able to use the tablet devices to give feedback to the organisers at the event finale.
This year’s annual lunch may also herald the hosting of live research as BII polls the 1,000-strong audience on a raft of issues, with guests voting via the iPads, which are being provided by supplier Event Pad.
