Spirit Leased launches new website
It said that the new website and applicant management system aims to be one of the simplest sites to use when looking for a pub business to run.
Aimed at experienced high calibre single and multiple operators, the website profiles the available pub business opportunities in a succinct format and ensures the application process for them is quick and efficient.

At the same time, Spirit has launched a new training programme aimed at developing the calibre of its pub team leaders. The programme, which will train over 1,000 candidates in the first 12 months, will be available for new starters and current team leaders, providing them the skills and qualifications needed to progress to the next management level.
