VK brings the beach to the bar this summer
The company is distributing sandcastle buckets, to be used as punch bowls, to encourage drinkers to trade up to a sharing cocktail, such as Beach Party made with VK Apple, Corky’s Sour Cherry, lemonade and ice.
“These are easy to build, eye-catching cocktails that give bars a unique summer offering and command a higher selling price,” said marketing director, Simon Green.
“People are looking for great tasting, different drinks that can be enjoyed with friends, and our continued investment in flavours, serves, music festival links and social media engagement has resulted in excellent performance for VK,” he added.
Last month the company launched a bigger 500ml bottle of VK, to tap into the trend for longer, over-ice drinks and mixed drinks served in pitchers.
