More than three million people will get to sample Jägermeister this summer, as brand owner Cellar Trends invests in a tour of music festivals and events.

A 50sq m bar area, complete with an ice bar, a 10m-long main bar, a maze and a photo wall will appear at 25 events including Leeds, Download and Latitude.

To promote the brand’s perfect ice-cold serve, the ice bar will be chilled to -10°C and festival-goers will be provided with capes to enter.

“The festival programme is one of the key methods for driving trial among our core consumers,” said events manager Samantha Ridland.

“Last year we saw shot sales of over 370,000 and this year, we aim to increase this to 400,000.”
