Seven pubs are set to go under the hammer at an auction held by Allsop next month, with property guide prices ranging from £35,000 to £650,000.

Three pubs are part of the Farlane Property Group, which fell into administration in 2010 and had 43 pubs at the time. PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed joint administrator of the group.

The auction will be held on 9 July at the Park Lane Hotel in Piccadilly, London.

The pubs on offer are:

■ The Hill in Bristol, with a guide price of £650,000 for the freehold. The pub is let to Black Pubs until 23 June 2021 at a current rent of £58,000. It has a yield of 8.92%.

■ Bar Twenty 7 in Sheffield, with a guide price of £350,000 to £375,000. The lease has approximately 324 years remaining at a peppercorn ground rent. The property includes a manager’s flat and seven bedsits. Total rent is £40,000 for the Grade II-listed property, with a yield of 11.43%.

■ The Red Hackle in Jarrow, Tyne & Wear, with an auction guide price of £125,000 to £135,000 for the freehold. The pub is let until 2020 on a current rent of £26,000, with a yield of 20.8%. The site is part of the Farlane Property Group estate.

■ The Black Horse in Luton, Bedfordshire, with a guide price of £190,000 to £200,000 for the freehold. The property is let until 16 May 2017 on a current rent of £20,000, with a yield of 10.53%.

■ The Red Lion in Wrexham, Clwyd, with a guide price of £35,000 to £40,000 for the freehold. It is currently let on a temporary management agreement for £5,200 pa, with a yield of 14.86%. The pub is part of the Farlane Property Group.

■ The Black Diamond in Ince, Lancashire, with a guide price of £45,000 to £50,000 for the freehold. It is also part of the Farlane Property Group package.

■ Ye Old Ferrie Inn in Symonds Yat, Herefordshire, with a guide price of £250,000 for the freehold. The property is let for 21 years from 7 January 2010 at a current rent of £39,950. It has a yield of 15.98%.
