Operations director Kenrick Brooks said the company is specifically looking for a tenant for the Trinity Arms, based in the parish of Trinity, in Jersey.
Brooks told the Publican’s Morning Advertiser that the company is looking for a couple who have experience with food to take on the eight-year lease.
He pointed out that there may also be other opportunities coming up for prospective tenants.
'Part of the community'
“We are on a small island and the Trinity Arms is a parish pub, so the right person will need to be part of the community,” said Brooks. “It’s a change from city life.”
He added: “While it’s nice to be in Jersey, people should not confuse it with being any different to running a pub. You still have to be there every day and put the hard work in.”
