The Development Chef Awards are open for entries
The inaugural Development Chef Awards are open for entries.
Presented as part of the Farm Frites Development Chef Summit, the awards are run by the Publican’s Morning Advertiser’s sister title Restaurant magazine.
Entries are sought from the UK’s top multi-site chefs for the awards, which will take place at London catering college Westminster Kingsway on 19 March.
There are eight categories including Best Pub Menu (3-20 sites); Best Pub Menu (21+ sites); Best New Dish; Menu Innovation of the Year; and Group Chef of the Year - Pubs.
The awards are in association with Callebaut and the Craft Guild of Chefs.
