A new careers survey has been launched by the team behind the Pub & Bar Careers programme to gain an understanding of young people’s views of the sector.

The Pub & Bar Perceptions Group was set up to counter the negative image of the industry and to promote the sector as a viable career option.

The short survey is targeted at employees aged between 18-24 and young general managers under the age of 30.

The survey takes just a couple of minutes to complete and consists of 10 simple click-through questions. Everyone who takes part and completes the surveys will remain completely anonymous.

Managers and staff are asked to complete their own respective surveys; both of which can be found on the Pub & Bar Careers blog.

Managers can click here for their tailored survey and all staff, excluding managers, can access the survey here.

The deadline for the completion of all surveys is Friday 7 February 2014.
