Bagged cock scratchings launched
The 30g bags are available from a company also called Cock Scratchings, run by Ed Jones.
Handmade in London they are crispy chicken skin deep fried and flavoured with Welsh Hafon Mon sea salt and black pepper.
All the meat is Red Tractor quality assured, Halal certified, bred in the UK and sourced from Allen’s of Mayfair Butchers.
They cost £1 per bag and are recommended for retail at £1.75 with a shelf life of three months.
