The Drinks Group, a vehicle formed out of remains of the former Yellowhammer estate, is looking to add further sites under its Chilli White restaurant and bar brand.

The company, which is led by directors Scott Priestnall, Adam Flynn and David Smith, currently operates 10 sites across the company, including two Chilli White units in Leeds and Liverpool, with the latter opening just before Christmas.

It has instructed property advisor Hynes Illingworth to seek out suitable locations across the UK for the brand, with sites of 4,000sq ft to 15,000sq ft being considered.

The group is particularly interested in opening in Manchester, London and Cardiff.

Chilli White operates throughout the day as upmarket bars and restaurants, while in the evening the sites turn into all-night venues with DJs and special live events.
