Created by Danny Searle and Sean Cannon, the new Meat Merchant range comes in four varieties; Chorizo Bombs – bite sized mini chorizo spiced with paprika and chilli; Snacking Beef – a jerky style beef; Hot Snacking Beef – a jerky style beef with a chilli kick; Salami Bombs – bite sized mini continental style salami with garlic and pepper.
Each pack has a recommended retail of £2.50 and a shelf life of three months.
The new launch follows on from a trial run in eight pubs in Norwich and the range is now being rolled out nationwide.
Danny Searle said: “We felt that drinkers were looking for something a little more interesting than the usual bog standard crisps, nuts and pork scratchings. Because our range is so packed with flavour, and are a great snack, we feel that these could be the next wave of premium snacking for pubs and bars.”
