The seafood supplier’s new dressed Cromer crab offers 170g of premium white and brown crabmeat, ready to serve in its natural shell.
The dish can be served as a starter or main course or the meat can be scooped out of its shell and used as sandwich fillings, pasta toppings, in soufflés or in traditional potted crab dishes.
The Cromer crab is renowned for its sweet and tender flesh and its high proportion of white to dark meat.
The crab is pot caught in waters off the coast of Norfolk town Cromer and the M&J range has been hand-picked to guarantee quality, quantity, texture and flavour.
