CQS has launched a new range of Sicilian pastries
Continental Quattro Stagioni (CQS) has launched a new range of Sicilian pastries. 

The range features three products - the Aragostine, the Cannoli Siciliana and the Barchette.

The Aragostine features flaky pastry in the shape of a lobster tail with a cream filling and comes dusted with icing sugar.

It comes available with fillings of hazelnut chocolate, lemon, white chocolate or pistachio.

The Cannoli Siciliana is a tubed shape shell of fried pastry dough which comes dusted with icing sugar and is available with the same fillings as the Aragostine.

The Barchette is a boat shaped shortbread pastry with a cream filling topped with crushed hazelnut and is available with fillings of hazelnut chocolate and white chocolate.

Vice chairman of Continental Quattro Stagioni Sandro Bevilacqua said: “They are perfect served at the end of a meal with coffee or as an alternative Italian themed afternoon tea treat.”
