The Maestro’s new design includes rounded edges, a front mounted sprayer and removable extraction chute.
The freezer is equipped with Carpigiaini’s Hot-Cold dynamic system and can produce both frozen gelato or warm dessert bases and toppings. Chefs can electronically control temperature settings and motor settings to determine the outcome of the mix.
14 gelato programmes are pre-set as well as 18 pastry programmes.
