Krombacher Hell is described as a full-bodied, malty lager, and it joins sister brews Krombacher Pils, Dark and Weizen in the UK, which has been pinpointed as a key market.
“The UK has been identified as a strategic growth market for Krombacher and the brewery has already been bucking the trend with volume growth between January and July 2014 up 58% year-on-year,” said UK sales agent Julian Penny.
The beer will be exclusive to the on-trade and available on draught only.
