Sky Sports has secured the rights to show international cricket’s biggest events including the World Cup, World Twenty20 and Champions Trophy.

The deal means pubs and clubs subscribing to Sky can enjoy exclusive live coverage of 14 International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments, offering over 250 days of live cricket between 2015 and 2023.

Sky Business managing director David Rey said: “We’re delighted to be awarded the ICC rights, further strengthening Sky Sports’ cricket coverage to offer pubs and clubs even more unrivalled content for their customers.

“From 2015, Sky Sports will also feature all of England’s home Tests – including next summer’s highly anticipated Ashes series - One Day Internationals and Twenty20 matches, as well as an unprecedented choice of international and domestic coverage from around the world, including new rights to over 60 IPL matches. We’ve never offered our customers such choice from all formats of the game.”
