Lincat adds five new griddles to Silverlink range
Catering equipment manufacturer Lincat has extended its range of Silverlink 600 gas and electric modular cooking equipment with the launch of five new griddles.
The new additions include four machine steel plate griddles ranging from 300mm to 750mm wide, the latter having the capacity to cook up to 220 average-size burgers or 170 steaks per hour.
The fifth griddle, the GS6/TR/E, is 600mm wide and features a half-ribbed plate designed to give food a “branded” look.
Helen Applewhite, marketing manager at Lincat, said: “We’ve introduced our new griddles for those who appreciate the sturdy construction, flexibility and quality of the Silverlink 600 modular range but are looking for extra power to keep up with demand at the busiest times.
“Since they are covered by our comprehensive two year parts and labour warranty, users can invest in confidence.”
