Stonegate Pubs owned chain the Slug & Lettuce’s new spring food and drink menus include a range of new breakfast and brunch options as well as an extended selection of healthy, low calorie meals.

The new menu features a variety of flatbreads with sticky Tabasco pulled pork, Lebanese chicken or Black Forest ham with roasted butternut squash and Grana Padano shavings, oak smoked salmon salad and mushroom and spinach crispy filo tart with house salad.

The breakfast and brunch dishes now on offer include waffles served with fruit salad, fresh fruit with yoghurt and pulled pork or bacon and egg.

A mini rack of pork ribs and two choices of ham or tomato tostada have been added to the children’s menu.

The new collection of cocktails includes the Early Evening Pick-Me-Up; a vodka based cocktail with Midori, cranberry juice and Red Bull, the Grey Goose Le Fizz; encompassing elderflower cordial, lime juice and soda and the Very Special Martell Hot Toddy; which consists of Martell VSOP, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and bitter, topped up with hot water.
