Funnybones Foodservice has introduced a new range of frozen avocado halves and chunks.

Aimed at helping operators significantly lower prep times and wastage, the avocado halves and chunks need to be defrosted in the fridge for eight hours before usage.

Both variants – halves and chunks – retail in 6x1kg bags containing roughly 18 pieces.
