ETM Group site the Botanist, on Sloane Square, London, has launched a range of limited edition chocolate and cocktail pairings across the Easter week.

The pairings, concocted with the help of Artisan du Chocolat, are aimed at bringing out the flavours of both the drinks and confectionery.

The Tropical Highland cocktail, made with créme de figue, poached pear syrup, lemon juice and Balvenie Scotch, is paired with tobacco chocolate coated in dark chocolate ganache.

Maca Myers, consisting of Myers Dark Rum and pistachio syrup is served with chocolate coconut macadamias.

The Thriller in Vanilla, featuring vanilla-infused Cariel Vodka, vanilla syrup and Belsazar Rosé Vermouth comes with a popping candy milk chocolate disk.

Lastly, the Elevenses in Sicily, made with coffee, cognac and Amaro liqueur, is accompanied by a selection of dark chocolate-coated coffee beans.

Each pairing is priced at £10, with the fourth given free to customers who try the whole range.
