Rollover has launched its new pretzel bread, aimed at helping operators tap into trends for “reinventions of traditional favourites” and upsell their hot dog offering.

Tony Owen, sales and marketing director at Rollover, said: “We’ve been working really hard developing what we thing is the strongest gourmet offer in the market.

“The new Pretzel Bread really delivers an eye-catching presentation of our hot dogs and is a great option to deliver a very high quality hot dog package.”

Projuice

Arytza Food Solutions has introduced a new drinks concept aimed at allowing operators to design their own smoothies, shakes, frappes and cocktails.

The company’s new Projuice solution includes a Pro-blend 950SE commercial blender alongside catering packs of blended juices, fat-free yoghurt, frozen fruit and frozen vegetables.

Mariam French, head of marketing at Aryzta Food Solutions, said: “Innovations like Projuice can turn headache to opportunity while opening up profitable new revenue streams with only the smallest of investments, utilising the smallest footprint.

“Whether you’re a café looking to introduce an evening cocktail menu or a pub trying to tap into on-the-go breakfast smoothies, we have a solution.”

Aryzta also provides POS kits, cups, lids and straws as well as recipe cards.

Cafés Richard

French coffee brand Cafés Richard has launched into the UK foodservice and hospitality market.

The company’s range of products includes twenty unique coffee blends, Pure Origin speciality coffees, single-dose espresso solutions, teas and infusions and a range of chocolate and confectionery.

Danny Watson, managing director of Udal Supplies, which will distribute Cafés Richard’s products in the UK, said: “We know there is a market here for French coffee; there are 400,000 French citizens currently living in London alone and a host of French cafés and restaurants across the country, all currently serving Italian coffee.

“It’s time to show the UK that Cafés Richard is on a level with the great wine and delicious cuisine for which France is famous.”

Cafés Richard products will be available in a variety of formats and sizes including 1kg cartons of whole coffee beans and 250g ground packs and pods.
