The new agreement makes Nichols Dispense the UK's largest independent supplier of dispensed soft drinks, as well as the first independent UK-wide bag-in-box supplier of the brand outside of Coca-Cola Enterprises itself.

It will also see Coca-Cola joining brands including Vimto, Irn Bru and Sunkist - in addition to Nichols Dispense’s own-brand range.

As part of the agreement, Nichols Dispense will continue to provide the pub trade with equipment, installation, maintenance and technical support.

Nick Yates, Nichols Dispense trading director for the out of home channel, said: “Nichols Dispense has a fantastic portfolio with the network and quality service to back it up and I’ve identified that there’s a massive opportunity to expand in the on-trade.

"The deal with Coca-Cola only adds to our credibility as a leading supplier in the market and also opens up significant opportunities for growth.”

Nichols Dispense has also opened a new depot in Stirling, doubling capacity capability to support growth opportunities in Scotland.
