Less than a week left to enter the Great British Pub Awards!
The closing date for entries is fast approaching with entries to be submitted by 5pm on Friday, 22 May.
There are 15 categories open for entry, suitable for every type of pub to enter.
These include Best Spirits Pub/Bar, Best Cider Pub/Bar, Best Beer Pub, Best Partnership Pub, Best Community Pub, Best Newcomer, Best Freehouse and Best Turnaround Pub.
80s night
The winners will be announced at an eighties-themed awards night on 10 September at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.
Six regional winners are selected in each category who are announced in August, following which a national champion in each category is selected, with the winners announced along with the overall champion of champions – the Sky Great British Pub of the Year 2015 – at a glittering awards ceremony in London on 10 September.
Being selected as a finalist or winner can have big benefits for your pub including helping to drive extra trade, generating excellent PR for your pub, giving your team a well-deserved pat on the back and helping attract new suppliers.
Being part of the awards really does open up new opportunities for your pub and if you make it to the finals you also get a fantastic night at one of the pub industry’s top events.
