Cider Trends Summit 2015: Exciting speaker line-up confirmed

A raft of exciting speakers have been lined up for this year’s Cider Trends Summit — the Publican’s Morning Advertiser’s dedicated cider category event.

Topping the bill are two respected international cider makers from the US and Australia, alongside key producers from the UK.

The must-attend summit is a one-day event designed to bring the industry together to discuss some of the key challenges facing the category, how cider makers can exploit new opportunities and to provide pointers as to what the future might hold.

Mike Beck, owner of Uncle John’s Cider Mill in Michigan and president of the US Cider Association, will deliver a keynote presentation on the health of the market Stateside and the trends driving its growth.
