Despite working in the hospitality sector for fewer than five years, Nick Whitby has managed to excel where many others have failed.
The 27-year-old has risen quickly to the top of his game in NWTC and puts his success down to nothing more than giving it his all.
Put your heart and soul into everything you do, turn up to work on time and do what is asked of you with as much effort as you can, says Whitby.
"Be prepared to put the work in and never stop putting the work in," he adds.
"Have standards, maintain those standards and never let your guard down with those standards."
